937 Call Center Receives 4 Calls/a Minute for Pilgrims Service

​​​​​According to the Ministry of Health (MOH), since early this year’s Hajj season to date, 937 Call Center has received 18,316 calls (at a rate of 4 incoming calls per minute), providing 9,158 services to pilgrims.
MOH, through this center, provides medical consultations, answer inquiries, provide a service of searching for inpatients at health facilities, in addition to receiving and handling complaints.

Also, the Center works to receive and respond to pilgrims’ health inquiries and consultations, as well as handling all notifications related to health services provided to them urgently​​.

“The center provides a distinctive service, represented in searching for missing inpatients at all health facilities of the holy sites, in addition to receiving pilgrims’ calls about their need for medical services,” stated MOH, highlighting that the center provides all these services in various languages (English, Urdu, French, Indonesian, Turkish, and Persian), and through its several channels, including phone call, Twitter, e-mail, Sign Language (Eshara) App for the deaf, and WhatsApp Messenger.

MOH added that the (937) center features a number of administrators, specialists, and consultants, working to provide 24/7 services to callers from inside and outside the Kingdom; to meet their primary health needs, based on a mechanism that ensures receiving the largest possible number of calls, Allah’s Willing.
