According to Al-Qassim Health Cluster, 13 cardiac clinics have been launched at Prince Sultan Cardiac Center to serve patients through telemedicine technology in coordination with the cardiologists at the peripheral hospitals, with the aim of facilitating access to the health services with ease and comfort through the nearest hospital without the need to attend the healthcare center.
All clinics are under the direct supervision of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Qassim. The center’s cardiologist reviews the case and if deems necessary, the case will be referred to the center, where the cardiologist performs the required examinations before starting the appropriate treatment plan, it added.
