The Specialist Eye Center in Al-Jouf has provided its services to 1,250 beneficiaries during the first half of this year. Al-Jouf Health Affairs General Directorate stated that 106 major surgeries were performed, in addition to 212 minor surgeries and 318 eye interventional procedures.
Furthermore, the newly opened center is a quantum leap in ophthalmology services. Cataract and corneal cross-linking surgeries were performed. Moreover, intraocular injections within the retina specialty were provided, in addition to all kinds of laser surgeries and pediatric services and surgeries.
