 2 Doses of COVID-19 Vaccine to Prevent Virus Mutations, MOH Says

​​​The Ministry of Health (MOH) stated that several countries around the world have detected many infections with SARS-CoV-2 viral mutations, and two doses of the vaccine should be taken to prevent them. Hence, MOH has called on everyone to quickly get the vaccine to protect themselves against the disease complications, pointing out that an appointment for getting the vaccine can be scheduled via «Sehhaty» or «Tawakkalna» Apps.


According to MOH's latest statistics, 1,334 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the Kingdom over the past 24 hours; thus bringing the total number to 522,108 confirmed cases, including 11,380 active cases and 1,409 critical cases.

In addition, 1,079 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 502,528 recoveries. Also, 11 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 8,200, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them. 

MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
