Najran: 13,000 Beneficiaries of «Awlawia» Services at King Khaled Hospital

According to Najran Health Affairs, the «Awlawia» offices at King Khaled Hospital- Najran, during the current year, have provided their services to 13,000 beneficiaries. 

It added that COVID-19 vaccine services were provided to 4,476 beneficiaries and «Awlawia» (Priority) card services to 6,133, and 4,921 persons with disability benefited from additional services, including allocating parking spaces, moving within the facility, dispensing medicines, booking appointments, and issuing medical reports.  The beneficiaries of the services also included 8,502 persons, aged 60 years and older, home healthcare patients, as well as other cases approved by the medical committee to facilitate and accelerate the procedures and services provided to these categories within the health facilities.

The «Awlawia» offices at the hospital have launched an initiative via WhatsApp dubbed (serving you is a priority), benefiting 4,290 persons. This comes in a continuation of MOH’s efforts to provide all services and facilities to patients and to achieve the satisfaction of patients and their families. 

It pointed out that the Priority Card is one of the Patient Experience Center’s initiatives to facilitate and accelerate the procedures and services provided to some categories of patients at health facilities and to enable the target group to fully utilize the health facilities.
