According to Al-Ahsa Health Cluster, over the first third of this year, Maternity and Children Hospital served 60,329 emergencies.
“The average number of emergencies served by the hospital reached more than 12,000 cases per month, while the outpatient clinics served 22,853 outpatients. Also, the hospital performed 25,373 lab tests, 2,057 surgeries, 3,440 birth cases, in addition to dispensing 105,577 medical prescriptions,” stated the Health Cluster.
It is noted that Maternity and Children's Hospital is one of the specialized health facilities that provide integrated health services, with high quality in the field of obstetrics, gynecology and children.
