MOH Records 1,251 COVID-19 New Cases, Reiterates Call for Adherence to Precautions

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has called upon all citizens and residents to hurry up to register, via «Sehaty» app, for getting COVID-19 vaccine; to maintain the health and safety of all society members, highlighting the importance of adherence to precautionary measures to stop the spread of the virus.

According to MOH's latest statistics, 1,251 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the Kingdom; thus bringing the total number to 451,687 confirmed cases, including 9,871 active cases and 1,443 critical cases.

In addition, 1,026 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 434,439 recoveries. Also, 15 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 7,377, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them. Moreover, 94,308 new Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests for COVID-19 have been conducted in the Kingdom's laboratories.

MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
