The Ministry of Health (MOH) stated that remarkable spike has still been observed in active and critical cases, recommending all people to get COVID-19 vaccine; to protect themselves against the virus and its complications. MOH also stressed that the vaccine is a safe and effective way to get rid of infectious diseases, Allah Willing.
According to MOH, 391 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the Kingdom; thus bringing the total number to 384,271 confirmed cases, including 3,811 active cases, receiving the necessary medical care. Of these, there are 574 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable. In addition, 263 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 373,864 recoveries, all praise is due to Allah. Also, 5 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 6,596, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them.
