The Pharmaceutical Services Department of King Saud Medical City, over the past year, has dispensed more than 2,200,000 prescriptions.
The city has activated a number of initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, including «Sawaed» (Hands-on) Al-Khair initiative, with the preparation of more than 1000 prescriptions, which were delivered by volunteers to patients’ home, though the patient’s communication with the toll number 19910 or his response to the messages sent by the pharmacy. Also, around 1,660 patients have received their prescriptions at the drive-through window in the city.
