King Fahad General Hospital- Madinah, over the past year, has provided 21,645 medical reports and 1,925 premarital screening reports.
It is to be noted that the hospital’s medical record department has several sections such as medical files, medical reports, death, reception section and admission office. The hospital is the main reference hospital in the region and has many centers such as Endocrinology and Diabetes Center, Blood and Cancer Center, King Abdulaziz Kidney Center, Specialized Dental Center and Home Care, in addition to outpatient clinics that have many subspecialties.
