Najran Health Affairs has concluded the blood donation campaign, which was recently launched by the Region Governor, Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, under the theme “Drop of Blood Means Life”. At the same time, he launched the new blood donation vehicles to enable blood banks to reach donors and achieve sufficient blood supply.
According to the Affairs, the campaign aims to boost the culture of voluntary donation and to entrench such noble humanitarian goal. It pointed out that the campaign covered all general sites across the region in order to benefit all citizens and residents under the supervision of qualified staff. 675 donors have supplied the blood banks in the region with 2,025 units of blood components.
