MOH Advices People to Drink Fresh Fruit Juices in Ramadan

​In continuation to its efforts and awareness messages, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has provided a number of health tips on the holy month of Ramadan, as part of its awareness campaign «Fast Healthy», launched in collaboration with SABIC Company. Through an awareness infographic published on its awareness platform: «Live Well» and its Twitter page, MOH has advised all people to significantly replace soft drinks, which are high in calories and sugar, with fresh fruit juices of high nutritional value.

Besides, MOH highlighted the importance to eat Suhoor meal, because it provides the body with energy during the Ramadan daylight hours, pointing out that the healthy Ramadan depends on balanced diet and physical activity. MOH, also, advised people to brush their teeth at least twice a day (after Iftar and after Suhoor meals).
