The Regional Laboratory and Central Blood Bank- Hafr Al-Batin has obtained accreditation of the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI), after meeting the accreditation standards of quality. The Regional Laboratory and Central Blood Bank aim to provide patients' needs for blood bags, platelets and plasma according to the highest internationally-approved quality standards. During 2019, the laboratory has conducted 84,200 examinations.
It is noteworthy that all hospitals targeted in the Affairs' plan have obtained the CBAHI accreditation in 2018.
