The International Conference for Disaster Medicine is accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS), with 20 Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours. The conference will be held in Riyadh under the theme «Towards all Hazards Approach Emergency Preparedness and Response», form October 13th-14th, 2019, in Riyadh. A number of workshops will be held at the sidelines of the conference, mainly: interviewing experts in disaster medicine, leadership system, basic disaster life support, and risk communication, as well as Saudi medical emergency team.
It is to be noted that the conference is under the patronage of the Health Minster Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah. It aims to establish an excellence platform to exchange knowledge and experience in all topics related to disaster medicine, crisis management, to foster innovation, insights, and research and collaboration in this field.
