Primary Healthcare Center of Dubbat (Officers) Neighborhood- Najran has provided its services to 23,000 outpatients who benefited from healthcare services and consultation clinics, the first of their kind in the region. The center features the following specialties: family medicine, internal medicine, surgery and obstetrics and gynecology. The center records include 6,613 family files, and health care and services are provided at the highest quality by medical and administrative staff in all fields of family and community health, 16 hours a day.
As a further step by Najran Health Affairs, corridors, waiting rooms and clinics have been developed, for the convenience and comfort of patients. Also, cutting-edge medical devices have been provided to improve performance quality in health services.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Health (MOH) is currently implementing MOH's Performance Program, which covers 70 main hospitals and aims to boost productivity, performance quality and efficiency of health services in hospitals. The program features over 40 indicators to measure the performance of seven key therapeutic aspects, including emergency, clinics, surgeries, hospitalization, ICU, radiology and labs. The program also aims to develop the skills of health professionals to use the indicators and to identify performance improvement potentials, in compliance with patient safety and quality standards.
