The Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) have reviewed the developmental program for directors of primary healthcare centers, which will be launched soon.
This came during the meeting held yesterday, Wednesday, in the presence of Director General of IPA Dr. Mushabab Al-Qahtani and Assistant Deputy Minister of Health for Primary Healthcare Dr. Hisham Al-Khashan. They reviewed putting the final touches to the developmental program and its implementation mechanism, in a manner that contributes to raising performance efficiency of directors of healthcare centers, developing their capabilities and honing their skills.
Such move comes within the framework of the MOH's efforts to nationalize its jobs, taking advantage of all available potentials and achieving optimal utilization of qualified national health cadres, in order to be positively reflected on improving its health services and upgrading performance at its health facilities.
