The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has issued a Royal Decree. Following is its wording:
IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST GRACIOUS THE MOST MERCIFUL
WITH THE HELP OF AL MIGHTY ALLAH
WE, SALMAN BIN ABDULAZIZ AL SAUD, KING OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA;
Having reviewed the Basic Law of Saudi Arabia, issued upon the Royal Decree No. (A/90) dated 27/8/1412H (corresponding to 2/3/1992),
Having reviewed the Law of the Council of Ministers, Vice Ministers and Officials in Excellent Grade, issued upon the Royal Decree No. (M/10) dated 18/3/1391H (corresponding to 14/5/1971),
And having reviewed the Royal Decree No. (A/14), dated 3/3/1414H (corresponding to 21/8/1993),
DO HEREBY DECREE THE FOLLOWING:
First: Appointing Mr. Hamad bin Muhammad Al-Dowaila' as the Vice Minister of Health in excellent grade.
Second: All competent authorities shall be briefed on this Royal Decree to act accordingly.
