MOH Announces Opening Registration for the Diploma of Field Epidemiology

The Ministry of Health (MOH), represented by the Field Epidemiology Program affiliated to the Agency of Public Health, announced opening the door to enroll into the Diploma of Field Epidemiology Training Program for the coming academic year 2015-2016, starting from April 14th to 30th, 2015 (corresponding to Jumada Al-Akhera 25th to Rajab 11th, 1436H). The program is organized by the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine at King Saud University (KSU) in Riyadh.
 
The Ministry pointed out that admission tests and interviews will be performed for applicants on May 5th, 2015 (corresponding to Rajab 15th, 1436H) at the Department of Family & Community Medicine affiliated to the Faculty of Medicine, King Saud University (KSU) in Riyadh. Besides, the Ministry highlighted that applicants for this program are required to be Saudis and having a bachelor's degree in medicine with a grade-point average of not less than “Good”.
 
Furthermore, the applicants should be totally free for the Program and pass the admission tests and interviews. The approval of the applicant’s employee to join the program is necessary. Just one applicant from each Ministry of Health in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is allowed to join this program, which is held annually.
