Minister of Health Urges MOH Staff towards Lenient Treatment with Patients to Gain their Satisfaction

His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Alhayaza, has stressed on the importance of gaining patient's satisfaction, dealing with them leniently, providing advanced healthcare, and adhering to the quality standards.
 
This came during His Excellency's meeting with a number of renal failure patients today, Wednesday, morning at King Saud Medical City (KSMC). He listened to them and their suggestions and remarks about the services provided by King Saud Medical City, and gave his orders to fulfill their demands in such a manner which makes them satisfied, and develops the services provided for them.
 
His Excellency, it is noteworthy, had started his inspection tour to King Saud Medical City by attending a presentation of the continued programs and projects dedicated to serving patients. In addition, he attended also a visual presentation about the developmental plan of the projects of King Saudi Medical City, and reviewed the most significant developmental programs and projects dedicated to serving patients and gaining their satisfaction.
 
Within the same vein, His Excellency indicated that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, May Allah bless him, has supported all sectors including health services. In this regard, he urged all the employees of the Ministry of Health (MOH) to benefit from this support to serve the citizen in a manner which makes us gain his satisfaction, and achieves aspirations of our rulers, May Allah protect them.
 
Similarly, he added that "Challenges facing us all while assuming our duties can be overcome through cooperation and teamwork, meanwhile drawing upon scientific bases.” He went on to stress that “the support provided to us by the leadership is unlimited; and we are required to benefit from this support by sticking to quality standards and accelerating development wheel.” He noted that Ministry of Finance has allocated the needed budgets to the benefit of the citizen." 
 
All the more, he said, "Our aim is to gain patient’s and citizen's satisfaction by providing outstanding services which, Allah willing, will make the beneficiaries satisfied with the services we offer to them; it is such a target that requires everyone to always be sincere, serious and diligent." 
 
Towards the end of his inspection tour, His Excellency has lauded the projects presented, describing them as heart-warming projects; both the existing projects, and those yet to be completed.
