The Director of Namira General Hospital, Dr. Talaat Abdul-Hameed Zayed, said that the hospital has received 107 diseased pilgrims with different nationalities in the outpatient clinics on the 8th of Dhul-Hijjah, and within 12 hours, adding that the hospital started working as of 8/12/1435H (corresponding to 2/10/2014) at 8:00 AM.
He added that the emergency section in the hospital received on the same day 15 diseased pilgrims, 7 of whom were admitted and received the necessary health services. He highlighted that all the hospital staff, including physicians, technicians and administrative officials, are fully ready to provide medical services for the patients and visitors at any time.
