On behalf of the King, Eng. Faqih Sponsors the 927 Fe/male Physicians’ Graduation Ceremony

On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, may Allah protect him, His Excellency the Acting Minister of Health and Chairman of the Trustees' Board the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS), Eng. Adel bin Muhammad Faqih, has sponsored today “Wednesday” the graduation ceremony of the seventeenth class of physicians, pharmacists and nurses, who have got the Saudi health specialty certificate and diploma. The SCHS has held the ceremony at the main auditorium of King Fahd Cultural Center in Riyadh.
 
In his speech during the ceremony, Eng. Faqih extended his sincere thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his gracious patronage of the ceremony.
“It has been a great honor for me to participate in this ceremony on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may Allah protect him, who spares no effort to support the health sector and provide opportunities for developing the skills of our beloved country’s youth, may Allah reward him,” said Eng. Faqih.
 
Eng. Faqih wished the graduates to contribute, with their experiences and competences, to supporting the health work. He also anticipated that this certificate will be a motive for those graduates to do their best for the service of this beloved country, and to put the patient’s service, gaining his satisfaction and maintaining his health and safety as their top priority.
 
Eng. Faqih has lauded the great efforts of the SCHS in the area of health specialties training and the granting of the Saudi health specialty, meanwhile extending his thanks and appreciation to the SCHS's staff for their strenuous efforts and distinguished activities. It didn’t escape Eng. Faqih's notice to congratulate those obtained the honorary certificate of the Saudi health specialty for their long-term achievements in the health sector.
 
For his part, the Secretary General of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, Prof. Dr. Abdulaziz Bin Hasan Al-Sa‘egh, has underscored that the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques is full of  meanings and implications, as it signifies the Wise Leadership's keen interest in the development of science and scientists, and supporting the SCHS’s efforts, meant to build empowered cadres capable of giving, creativity in the health sector, and providing health care in our dear Kingdom.
 
Furthermore, Dr. Al-Sa‘egh has pointed out that this seventeenth class is reckoned the biggest in the SCHS history; as 927 graduates of fe/male physicians will get the Saudi health specialty certificate in 75 public and scarce specialties, in addition to 6 programs in the fellowship and diploma field. Hence, the total number of SCHS graduates exceeds 6,000 fe/male graduates, working as consultants and specialists in their respective fields at the numerous health sectors.
 
The SCHS Secretary General has underlined that this seventeenth class includes more than 180 graduates, from a number of Islamic brother and friendly countries; namely Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt, Sudan, Yemen, Pakistan, Bangladesh and India. Dr. Al-Sa‘egh ascribed this matter to the high level of the Commission in the field of training at the local and regional level, seeking to the global, Allah Willing.
 
Dr. Al-Sa‘egh has congratulated all the graduates, and called upon them to keep the patients’ secretes, care with their treatment sincerely and maintain this noble profession’s morals and ethics.
 
Afterwards, Eng. Faqih has honored the holders of the honorary Saudi health certificate, namely Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Suwailam, Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Al-Bar, and Maj. Gen. Dr. Khalaf bin Raden Al- Mutairy. After that, Eng. Faqih has honored the graduates with honor degrees. Next, Dr. Al-Sa‘egh has handed over a commemorative shield to the sponsor of the event, and later took collective pictures with the graduates.
