Minister of Health Meets the Bangladeshi Minister of Health

His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, has received at his ministerial office, today morning, Bangladeshi Minister of Health and Family Planning, Muhammad Naseem, and the delegation accompanying him, who are currently paying an official visit to the Kingdom.
 
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Al-Rabeeah welcomed his Bangladeshi counterpart, meanwhile wishing him and his accompanying delegation a pleasant stay in the Kingdom.
 
In a press statement, the visiting minister has announced that this visit aims at discussing ways to promote health cooperation between both countries, as well as benefiting from the Saudi expertise in the fields of training, research programs and medical fellowships. Moreover, the Bangladeshi Health Minister has pointed out that his country is currently adopting a new attitude towards restructuring the specialties of graduates and postgraduates, revealing that they seek to benefit from the experience of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS).
 
“The manpower of the health domain is studying in Europe and USA,” the guest minister stated, adding, “However, we welcome collaboration with the Kingdom in this field, especially in medicine and nursing.” Besides, he lauded the paradigm shift achieved by the Kingdom in the health domain, in particular, and the quality of its services in all areas in general.
 
For his part, Dr. Al-Rabiah has announced that they have discussed ways to promote cooperation in the training fields through the SCHS; that's to be added to benefiting from the Saudi expertise in the cardiac programs and pediatric surgery.
