The Director General of Primary Health Care Centers, Dr. Essam Al Ghamdi chaired a meeting in the presence of assistant general directors of Primary Health Care Centers from all parts of the Kingdom. According to Dr. Al Ghamdi, the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Ministry of Health’s primary healthcare strategy and preparations for implementing an accreditation program for primary healthcare centers according to international standards.
The meeting also discussed the implementation of a national strategy for primary healthcare by setting terminal operation plans based on the strategy.
The Ministry of Health seeks to improve the Kingdom’s performance in primary healthcare to provide services to meet both Leaders’ expectations and the needs of the public.
