The Employees Affairs General Manager Abdullah A. Al-Mitairi issued a decree whereby the status of 24 university degree holding employees in Riyadh, Eastern Province, Jeddah, Hafr Al-Baten, Al-Madeena, and the MOH General Directorate of Medical Supply, has been corrected to pharmacy specialists on the basis of paragraph (A) of Article (4) of the Health Posts Bylaw.
He said those employees have been appointed as technicians, whereas they deserve the status of specialist.
Having been moved to the status of specialist, those employees must resume their new duties within 15 days starting from the date of the decree, said Al-Mitairi.
He said no employee shall have the right to demand shifting from the position to which he has been appointed unless at least one year has passed from the date of the decree.
