The Workforce Planning General Department will hold a three-day training course under the title: “Human Resources Management” in Riyadh over the period from 26th to 28th May, 2014 (corresponding to 27th to 29th Rajab, 1435H). The Director General of Workforce Planning will inaugurate the course, and deliver a lecture on the human resources development. The event will be attended by the directors of workforce planning all over the Kingdom’s regions and governorates.
It is worth mentioning that the course will touch upon some relevant topics, such as the concept of human resources management and strategic planning, as well as identifying and organizing the current and future needs of workforce in the Kingdom. The course will also discuss ways to achieve balance between supply and demand in all facilities of the Ministry of Health, in addition to the criteria of selection and recruitment of staffers.
