According to Jazan Health Affairs, over the first half of this year (2019), the Endocrinology and Diabetes Center served 9,534 patients, with 1,393 at nutrition clinic, 1,137 at health education clinic, 2,886 at ophthalmology clinic, 1,747 at optics clinic, and 1,899 patients at diabetic foot clinic.
“Over the same period, the center performed 9161 lab tests, and dispensed 23,742 medical prescriptions from its pharmacies. Besides, it served 1,641 cases from its social services, and recorded 435 new files,” stated the Affairs.
