According to Hafr Al-Batin Health Affairs, the Cardiac Surgery and Catheterization Unit of Hafr Al-Batin Central Hospital, since its launch in Shawwal, 1440H., has performed 29 surgeries, all of them were successful, by Allah’s grace. The Affairs underscored that the unit continues its work according to the scheduled appointments, and receives emergency cases.
The project of Cardiac Surgery and Catheterization Unit aims to improve the quality of health services, in terms of rapid diagnosis, treatment, and emergency medical intervention. The project, also, contributes to saving the people of the governorate the burden of traveling outside it for treatment, in addition to reducing the waiting lists at other centers.
