Jeddah: Health Control Centers Ready to Serve Pilgrims

​​According to Jeddah Health Affairs, the health control centers at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah Islamic Port, King Abdullah Medical City and East Jeddah Hospital have been supported with 10,253 medical, technical and administrative staff in various specialties and categories. Also, the health control centers at the airport have been supported with 6 ambulances equipped with all medical appliances to serve the guests of Allah, noting that one of them is equipped for infectious and epidemiological cases. 

The emergency plan of this year's Hajj includes 18 mobile teams from the public hospitals throughout the season and 24/7. Each team features 3 or 4 persons (doctors, technicians and drivers), as well as 15 mobile teams from the private sector, the Affairs stresses.​

These measures come as a continuation of the Affairs' efforts to provide medical care for the pilgrims and to maintain their health and safety.
