The Radiology Department of King Fahad Central Hospital-Jazan (KFCH) has obtained the accreditation of the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (NRRA) to practice nuclear medicine and to use radioactive substances in diagnosis and treatment.
It is worth mentioning that this accreditation is a great achievement, as it has been granted for the department after meeting the safety protocols, radiological protection, in addition to the use of modern equipment, the matter that ensures the safety of patients from radioactive sources used in medicine.
