According to Tabuk Health Affairs, over the past month, the emergency department and outpatient clinics of Taima General Hospital served 6,229 patients, 3,017 at the emergency (97 patients a day), and 3,212 at outpatient clinics (103 patients a day). Also, 214 patients were hospitalized (6 patients a day) and 19 one-day surgeries were performed.
"During the same month, the hospital performed 46 surgical operations (2 surgeries a day), 1,177 X-ray examinations (38 examinations a day), and 38,608 lab tests (1,245 tests a day). Also, 77 patients were referred to other hospitals and bed occupancy rate reached 42.7%", adds the Affairs.
