26 March 2018

A team of urologists at Hafr Al Batin Central Hospital has successfully excised three bladder tumors from a patient in his 50s, who was suffering from frequent urine bleeding for almost two years. After due lab and radiology tests, he was diagnosed with three variant separate tumors on the upper right bladder wall.

The team prepared the patient for surgery, which was done in a record time. During surgery, the three tumors were fully excised via laparoscopic cauterization and fulguration, while monitored through a hi-tech screen to identify the tumor reach. Later on, the patient visited the outpatient clinic and had full lab and radiology tests which ensured full resection of the tumor, thank Allah.
