The Ministry of Health (MoH) has taken part on Riyadh International Marathon 2018 organized last Saturday. MoH’s team has recorded the biometrics (vital signs), including blood pressure and blood sugar. The team provided optimal medical consultations to participants in the marathon organized by the General Sports Authority (GSA). Also, the team held a series of public health education activities, and updated participants on "Wa3i" award and its role in the community.
In this regard, the General Sports Authority has honored the Ministry of Health (MoH) for its effective participation in the marathon. The GSA Vice Chairman H.R.H prince Abdulaziz Al Faisal handed over an honorary shield to MoH on this occasion.
It is noted that MoH launches such awareness activities as part of its continued efforts to ensure safety and health of all individuals, to enhance health awareness, and to instill healthy lifestyles.
