The
Health Minister Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah applauded the unlimited support to the
health sector rendered by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy
Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may Allah protect him - to provide health
care to citizens across the Kingdom.
In a press release following the budget of the
fiscal year 1439/1440H/, Dr. Al-Rabiah stated; "The budget brings auspicious
tidings. The budget allocations to health services embodies the interest shown
by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince
- May Allah protect them - in health and their support to everything necessary
to protect the citizens' health and ensures their safety."
"The Ministry of Health (MOH) will endeavor -
by Allah's Leave - to optimally capitalize on these allocations to develop and
improve health services, boost performance across health facilities, and enhance
their efficiency to meet the expectation of the Custodian of the Two Holy
Mosques - may Allah protect him - and the citizens' health needs, in line with
Saudi 2030 Vision and the National Transformation Program.”, stressed the Health
Minister.
“Recently, MOH has launched a number of quality
initiatives which make a qualitative shift in health services under the 2020
National Transformation Program, which is designed to secure a health added
value through several paths, including: improving citizens' health outputs,
facilitating accessibility to health services, developing healthcare services
delivery, and much more. These paths will in turn ensure offering integrated
healthcare in compliance with the top global standards.", added Dr.
Al-Rabiah.
Then Dr. Al-Rabiah concluded his statement
asking Allah to protect the Saudi Kingdom, its leadership and citizens, to
sustain its security and stability, to guide us all along the road to prosperity
and welfare, and to make all our deeds sincerely devoted to Him Alone.
