In continuation of the developmental programs carried out by Al-Qurayyat Health Affairs, the interactive tube feeding pumps have been launched at Al-Qurayyat General Hospital. The state-of-the-art pumps in the field of tube feeding feature two methods (continuous or intermittent). Also, they are characterized by an interactive technical system for seamless installation and operation.
Currently, the nursing staff has been trained on using such pumps, and provided with the needed technical support. Also, Al-Qurayyat General Hospital (with its 240-bed capacity) is one of the first hospitals in the region to introduce this technology for patients’ service.
