According to the Ministry of Health (MOH), WHO’s Awards 2018 are now open. MOH’s Research and Studies General Department, in collaboration with WHO, is pleased to call upon medical professionals wishing to apply for these awards to visit the Awards’ links on the MOH Portal, to meet the nomination terms and conditions for each award, and to email the completed forms no later than November 10th, 2017 (corresponding to Safar 21st, 1439H.). MOH has stressed the importance of compliance with the guidelines during application. Also, forms should completed as far as possible, and documents required for nomination should be carefully submitted.
It is worth mentioning that the awards feature Léon Bernard Foundation Award, Jacques Parisot Foundation Scholarships, Ihsan Doğramacı Family Health Foundation Prize, Sasakawa Health Prize, Dr. Kumlan Prize, Kenum Public Health Prize, Francesco Bocheara Scholarships Award, UAE Health Prize, Down Syndrome Research Prize Foundation in the Eastern Mediterranean Region, Kuwait Prize for Research in Health Promotion, and Dr LEE Jong-wook Memorial Prize for Public Health.
