The programs target palliative and mental care patients, diabetics, bed sore patients, tube feeding cases,  neurodegenerative and stroke patients. The program also offers a set of facility-based medical services and activities (therapeutic, preventive, rehabilitative, educative and social) to certain patients amidst their families, according to well-defined standards and mechanism.
