Three primary healthcare centers in Al-Qunfudhah have obtained the accreditation of the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI), after they have successfully met the CBAHI accreditation standards for primary health care. The three centers are Al-Methailef Health Center, AL-Sharqiya Health Center and Al-Maqas Health Center.
They have successfully implemented quality and patient safety accreditation standards in primary healthcare. So far, four healthcare centers are accredited, including the previously accredited Al-Khalidiah Health Center.
In general, there are 43 health centers in Al-Qunfudhah.
