Last week, a team of doctors of Qaryat al-Ulya General Hospital successfully saved an Arab resident hit by a decorative nail. He was brought by ambulance to the emergency. Due diagnosis showed that the nail shot penetrated the patient’s right shoulder through his armpit, chest wall and right pleural cavity, then lodged deep in his abdominal wall. By Allah’s Grace, the medical team stopped his bleeding, and after a rare 90-minutes surgery, successfully removed the nail safely. Thank Allah the patient is stable and in good health.
