Qassim Health Affairs announced inauguration of endoscopic surgery department at Uyun Al-Jawa General Hospital. The department has been equipped with state-of-the-art devices, and two patients have undergone endoscopic surgeries to remove gallbladder.
Qassim Health Affairs added that the hospital's endoscopy department performs endoscopic operations (without surgical intervention), to develop treatment programs and save patients the burden of visiting reference hospitals.
