Al-Falih: MOE Participates with “Your Job & Scholarship Program” in Enhancing Human Resources

His Excellency the Minister of Health, Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih has expressed his delight with the enthusiasm, shown by the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) candidates during the evaluation and differentiation conducted to them yesterday, Thursday, in “Your Job and Scholarship Program”.
 
Al-Falih highlighted that investment in national competencies, in partnership with the Ministry of Education (MOE) through the aforementioned program, is one of the main resources for human resources. Al-Falih wished the candidates success and good luck, to contribute, Allah Willing, to serving their homeland and advancing the process of health work in our dear country.
 
For his part, the Deputy Minister of Health for Human Resources, Mr. Abdul-Hadi Al-Mansouri, has pointed out that after the completion of applying via the MOE Portal, a number of 3.558 fe/male candidates has been submitted to the MOH, in an endeavor to conduct differentiation between them. “Hence, the MOH has decided that differentiation and selection will depend on a particular psychological behavioral criterion, to determine the specialty of applicants,” Al-Mansouri stated, adding that is to be provided internationally by Profiles International Company, which is a leading company in the areas of research, publishing and psychometric assessments development. He expounded that the MOH has contracted with this company to conduct assessment for all applicants, except for 562 physicians, who have been accepted for specialized medical fellowships.
 
Al-Mansouri indicated that the results of each applicant will be differentiated, through this assessment, based on several models of performance; to get the total percentage of the applicant eligibility, as well as the ratio of suitability in the way of thinking, behavior and professional orientation.
