Simulated Experiments at the Mina Al-Jisr Hospital
13 October 2013
The Mina Al-Jisr Hospital conducts annually, as usual, two simulated experiments for unreal plan; in order to gauge the hospital's readiness in the face of emergency cases, Allah forbids.

It also aims at putting training of the staff in the face of these emergency situations to the test; in cooperation with the relevant departments in the hospital.

Within the same context, the Director of the hospital's Emergency Section, Dr. Fares Iskandrani affirmed that the simulated experiments were unexpectedly conducted to the hospital's staff, to the effect that the medical reports were notified and the hospital was put in full alert.

In the first experiment, ten cases were received, of which there was a death case.

They were distributed to the emergency sections, and critical cases were referred to the Intensive Care unit; and the other cases were detained.

The same goes for the other simulated experiment. And, during the two experiments, cases were received and sorted; and were distributed to the hospital's sections in collaboration and alert of the medical and nursing cadres.

He further pointed out that the consecutive simulated experiments suddenly conducted aim at gauging the staff's readiness and assessing work and procedures; and encouraging staff and training them on dealing with the emergency cases.

He also added that the two experiments made a success in collaboration of the security unit of the hospital.
