Dr. Al-Howasi Patronizes the Closing Ceremony of the Course: “Preparing Leaders of Change”

​   His Excellency the Deputy Minister for Health Affairs, Dr. Mansour bin Nasser Al-Howasi patronized the closing ceremony of the first course organized by the Assistant Agency for Supportive Medical Services, under the title: “Preparing Leaders of Change”, which continued for three days. The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the opening statement addressed by Mr. Muhammad Al-Ghamdi, on behalf of the Assistant Agency, in which he initiated with thanks and praise to Allah on the occasion of the successful surgery performed on the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, May Allah protect him.
 
Mr. Al-Ghamdi has commended the strenuous efforts exerted by the Ministry of Health (MOH), under the support and patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, and his distinguished deputies, in an endeavor to support its senior cadres through the adoption of the development projects that would upgrade the medical and health services; which had the greatest impact in motivating the senior cadres. In addition, Dr. Al-Howasi talked about the course and its objectives, which comprised one of the best scientific theories in leadership that has proved the effectiveness in its application. Besides, the course contained some workshops, practical exercises, skills honing, as well as enhancing the leadership potentials. These workshops are to be followed by a visual presentation on the course.
 
Subsequently, in his address before the ceremony, Dr. Mansour Al-Howasi said, “I’m so pleased to be among you in this ceremony and honor the participants in the first course organized by the Assistant Agency for Supportive Medical Services, for upgrading the leaders of change.”
 
Dr. Al-Howasi commended the significant role of the Leadership in supporting and developing the Kingdom at all levels and in all fields, primarily the development of human capabilities, and this will be reflected on the various domains. In addition, he lauded the Assistant Agency for Supportive Medical Services that has organized such an important session dubbed: “a training course”; which means that training is one of the main pillars of the development process. That’s to be added to the fact that the course is dedicated for the leaders of change, because if the man believes in his ability to change, he would work for it and will keep on upgrading step by step.
Furthermore, Dr. Al-Howasi expressed his pleasure again with the title and logo of the course which reflect its events. Concluding his statement, the Deputy Minister for Health Affairs, Dr. Mansour bin Nasser Al-Howasi has extended his thanks to all those who contributed to the success of this session and to MOH Assistant Undersecretary of Supportive Medical Services, Dr. Mounira Al Osaimi, in particular. Besides, He lauded the organization and efforts exerted in preparing for this session, hoping to be followed by successive ones to satisfy our needs for development, knowledge and science. According to Al-Howasi, MOH employees, for their part, believe that they have to keep on exerting efforts for upgrading all what contributes to providing the distinguished citizens with the medical and health services, emanating from MOH’s Logo “Patient First”, which deserves much effort and great sacrifices.
 
At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Mansour Al-Howasi has honored the participants and sponsors of the session.
