His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, met yesterday with the Cuban Minister of Foreign Commerce and Investment, Mr. Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz, and the delegation accompanying him at Dr. Al-Rabeeah's office. They discussed the ways to boost bilateral health cooperation between the two countries, especially in the fields of training, research, the Visiting Doctor Program, and exchanging the medical technology and pharmaceutical industry. For his part, Mr. Díaz invited Dr. Al-Rabeeah pay a visit to Cuba soon.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Health for Planning and Health Economics, Dr. Mohammed Al-Yamani, and the Assistant Deputy Minister for the Private Health Sector Affairs, Dr. Ali Al-Zawawi.
