Mina Al-Jisr Hospital in the Holy Sites has completed its equipment to provide medical care services to pilgrims.
MOH stated that the hospital's clinical capacity is 150 beds, including critical care beds, in addition to passive pressure isolation rooms, and beds for dialysis services, and the emergency department includes (40) beds that include beds for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, beds for the observation area, equipped to receive cases of heat stress, beds for the heatstroke area, and emergency beds for respiratory diseases.
MOH indicated that the clinics section contains clinics equipped to serve all specialties, in addition to the call service for some specialties, such as: pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and the hospital has operating rooms, and others equipped for pediatric cases, and endoscopy.
With regard to the field of service, the hospital offers general medical specialties, which include: emergency, general clinics, the general surgery department, in addition to orthopedic department, obstetrics and gynecology department, the general internal medicine department, in addition to cases of respiratory diseases, kidney diseases, the digestive system, and the critical care department, in addition to Cases of heart disease.
It is noteworthy that the hospital has held many courses and lectures for workers from the health and administrative staff, and the application of evacuation plans, assumptions and work plans. The hospital employs a manpower of about (500) male and female employees from among the health and administrative staff.
The hospital also provides the service electronically through the patient's electronic wristband, and read through the barcode machine. The patient is registered with his vital signs, diagnosis, and treatment data, and the medication is dispensed electronically using the barcode reader.
Hospital laboratories are also equipped with the latest technologies that give results in a quick and record time, in addition to the voice translator, which facilitates the task of speaking with the patient in his mother tongue, for different nationalities that do not speak Arabic or English.
