“MOH”: Al-Noor Hospital in Makkah is Ready for Serving the Guests of Rahman

​​​Al-Noor Specialist Hospital, a member of Makkah Healthcare Cluster, completed its preparedness with an integrated plan to provide the best and finest health, treatment, medical, diagnostic and preventive services to pilgrims during the Hajj season for this year 1444H.

Ministry of Health stated that the plan focused on strengthening all mechanical, human, medical, nursing and clinical energies in order to achieve directives of our wise government - may Allah preserve it - aimed at providing integrated medical services to the guests of Rahman to perform Hajj easily and smoothly.
Ministry of Health indicated that it was keen to provide more health services to those who visit Bayt Allah in Makkah, based on experiences gained from previous experiences by benefiting from reports of past years, while strengthening the necessary plans to deal with common diseases in Hajj, especially epidemic diseases, in order to ensure the comfort of sick pilgrims.
Ministry of Health indicated that the hospital operates with a clinical capacity of 500 beds, and the hospital’s workforce has been redistributed, giving priority to emergency and critical departments, in addition to opening specialized clinics around the clock to relieve pressure on the emergency department that operates throughout the Hajj season, in addition to equipping the sun stroke and heat exhaustion section with a bed capacity of 10 beds under supervision of the Emergency Department to receive patients with heat exhaustion and heatstroke 24 hours a day, preparing a special section for health-improved patients with a clinical capacity of 46 beds to facilitate exit procedures and improve the bed turnover rate, and increase the number of intensive care beds to 53 beds, including 24 beds for passive isolation.
