Under the Auspices of HE Minister Al-Jalagel, MOH Holds its Fifth Annual Ceremony for Ada’a Health Award

Under the auspices of His Excellency Minister of Health, Mr. Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al-Jalagel, the Ministry will hold, at exactly eight o'clock in the evening, tomorrow, Sunday, February 5, 2023, the annual ceremony of the Ada'a Health Awards in its fifth edition for the year 2022, in which number of participants amounted to more than 650 participants at national and international levels in its five paths which are: Early detection and prevention, Digitally enabled care, Efficient access to care, Delivery of specialized care, and Improvement of critical care.
Ada'a Health Award Program aims to raise productivity and attract partners by creating an environment for unified, healthy and lively competition to celebrate national and regional success stories presented in the health care sector Ada’a Health Award seeks to enrich the knowledge of health practitioners and those interested through international studies and best practices, by attracting international best practices from many organizations in countries of the world, and exchanging experiences with doctors and specialists..
In addition to thanking and appreciating diligent practitioners and achievers of distinguished professional performance, according to published and evaluated assessment tools, motivating other health agencies supportive all that serve health system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, providing a platform for health practitioners to present their distinguished experiences, and marketing a number of inspiring practices and advanced innovative solutions in the system to create an inspiring environment, as well as providing an attractive environment.

For this award, an arbitration committee was formed consisting of several national and international experts with competence and specialization in various fields. It adopts the methodology of managing change and continuous improvement and developing skills and capabilities.
Ministry of Health indicated that those interested can follow the ceremony through a live broadcast via the Ministry's YouTube channel.
It is noteworthy that Ada'a Health Award is an annual award that represents leadership in empowerment, capacity support, promotion of a culture of performance measurement, and support for decision-making based on the resulting information. Influencing the stability of the health system within a scope that keeps pace with transformation in the field of health care and ease of access to services, enhancing its health quality, preventing risks, and monitoring the performance of health services provided in health facilities.​
