The Ministry of Health, under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister of Health Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al-Galagel, launched on Monday 4th of October, the third annual Patient Experience Conference entitled "Re-activating the Appropriate Environment for the Beneficiary's experience".
The conference will be held from the third to the fifth of October at the Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh. Basically, the conference focuses on flagship axes includes: creating a culture of patient experience in health care, the future of that experience, the patient's experience from vision to implementation, nursing and the patient experience, as well as accelerators to enhance the patient's experience, digital transformation and innovation.
The conference targets workers in the field of patient experience, as well as all health care providers in the Kingdom to benefit from past experiences and starting to reactivate the appropriate environment for the beneficiary's experience.
Meanwhile, more than 50 speakers will take part in the conference, including international experts, to hold lectures and workshops in the field of patient experience, and display more than 8 accredited scientific posters.
An accompanying exhibition will be held on the sidelines of the conference, in which several service providers will participate in the Beneficiary Experience Program.
Most Notably, The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties has adopted about 43 hours for the conference as it will be divided into lectures and workshops. Free 150 seats have been provided to the employees of the Ministry of Health (the Ministry, the regions and health clusters).
