According to Najran Health Affairs, during the first half of the current year, the anti-smoking clinics have provided their services to 1,432 beneficiaries through 14 clinics across hospitals and healthcare centers in the region.
The clinics have served 857 beneficiaries of educational programs and helped 758 persons quit smoking, it said, adding that the anti-smoking teams have carried out 352 inspection tours of sales outlets and public and private facilities.
It is noteworthy that the anti-smoking program in Najran provides its services to the public at its clini as well as the clinics in Khabash Hospital, Habouna Hospital and Eradah Complex, and the clinics of the primary healthcare centers in Al-Hadan, Al-Faisaliah, Al-Fahad North, Al-Fahd South, Aldubbat, Prince Mishaal, Sultana Sharurah, Shaab Rir, Al-Shabhan and Al-Marata.
