According to Hafr Al-Batin Health Affairs, during the last June, affiliated hospitals have performed 349 one-day surgeries: 127 at King Khalid Hospital, 122 at Hafr al-Batin Central Hospital and 100 surgeries at Maternity and Children Hospital.
It pointed out that the one-day surgery features a number of specialties, such as: ophthalmology, ENT, general surgery, urology, dentistry, vascular, and orthopedic surgery.
In the same vein, the outpatient clinics of the region’s hospitals have provided their services to 21,979 beneficiaries, including 6,868 at Hafr Al-Batin Central Hospital, 6,083 at King Khaled General Hospital, 4,705 at Maternity and Children Hospital, 1,712 at Al- Qaisumah General Hospital, 819 at Al-Saiera Hospital and 1,792 beneficiaries at Mental Hospital’s outpatient clinic.
