According to the Ministry of Health (MOH), 46,509 pilgrims have received treatment services through hospitals and healthcare centers in Makkah and Madinah from 1st to 5th Dhu Al-Hijjah, 1443H.
The hospitals in the two cities have provided a set of specialized treatment services, including 5 open-heart surgeries, 82 cardiac catheterizations, 223 dialysis sessions, 5 endoscopies, and 115 surgeries, while 342 pilgrims were admitted to hospitals. Some virtual services were also provided including 4 stroke diagnosis and 1,269 pilgrims benefited from the immediate consultations via Sehhaty app.
